Why move?
Our teams have been serving the children of La Gonave, Haiti for over 10 years. We move because there is a desperate need on this little island that is often referred to as "the forgotten Haiti". In 2023, the World Food Programme reported, "Haiti Can't Wait" as food insecurity has reached emergency levels. Your support helps us to Feed Vulnerable Children in Haiti.

Advance the Faith has been caring for vulnerable children and their communities since 2009. We are dedicated to working to End Hunger and food insecurity through education, feeding programs, and community development. We are a 501(c)3 incorporated in the state of Florida since 2016.

People on La Gonave have limited access to clean water, sustainable food sources, jobs, and education. Most families live on less than $2 per day and most only eat every 2-3 days. Our efforts include supporting an orphanage, providing food for school children & more.

This annual 5K provides meals for the children and surrounding community. 100% of every dollar raised goes directly to feeding programs to End Hunger. The children look forward to the annual Virtual 5K Move Against Hunger and over 150 participate in the event with us!
